Luis Alberto Rodriguez holds a Master’s degree in Economic Policy from Columbia University and previously he studied economics in the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Universidad de Buenos Aires and Ecole d'économie de Toulouse (TSE). Rodriguez is former chief economist of the National Banking Institutions Association (Asobancaria) and economist in Colombia for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He has been professor of fiscal policy in Universidad del Rosario and Universidad Nacional de Colombia.  He was born in 1987 and this year he became the youngest deputy minister of finance in the history of Colombia.

Efraín Forero has been in the position of Chief Executive Officer of Davivienda since 1990. This Industrial Engineer graduated from the Universidad Javeriana, holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engeering from Michigan University.  He has led the organization from being a loans and savings corporation into becoming a Bank. Under his vision, the bank has carried out several mergers and acquisitions and has undergone a major expansion in Central America by aqcuiring the operation of HSBC in Costa Rica, Honduras and El Salvador.  Mr Forero’s leadership has guided the bank in issuing over 108 million preferred stocks over 22 thousand stockholders since its IPO in 2010. Davivienda is now operating in six countries and has become one of the largest banks in Colombia.

With an extensive experience in development and institutional relations management in the private sector, aiming to strengthen commercial and strategic alliances for fundraising, Flavia Santoro Trujillo is a lawyer from the Javeriana University and holds a Master’s degree and a Specialization in Insurance Law from the same university.

Her professional experience was developed in different sectors, from consulting in information services to insurance sales, leading non-profit organizations and two presidential campaigns with important results in each of them.

She participated in the campaign’s Financial Committee of the current Colombian President, Iván Duque; was the Administrator’s Board Director for the political party Centro Democrático; and the Financial Committee Director of Óscar Iván Zuluaga’s presidential campaign in 2014.

As Vice-president of the Strategic Forum in the Leadership and Management Centre, she contributed to attract and develop important events for Colombia such as Expogestión Caribe 2012 and the First Women Leadership and Management Latin American Meeting.

She was also the Public Relations and Development Fund Director of the Colombian League Against Cancer, and currently participates and supports non-profit organizations such as YPO Colombia and Fundación Grupo Desarrollo y Vida.

For the past five years, she has been the CEO of Terpel, a company in which she has worked for the past twelve years. She is widely recognized for her leadership positions held in various government institutions such as: the National Planning Department (DNP), the Banco de la República, and the City Department of Finance and Education for the Bogotá mayor’s office. Also, she has worked in multilateral organizations including: the World Bank and IDB and privates companies such as Fiducolombiana and FES.

Felipe Bayon Pardo (52) has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ecopetrol since September 2017. Prior to being appointed Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bayón served as Chief Operating Officer of Ecopetrol from February 2016 to September 2017. Mr. Bayon holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad de Los Andes (Bogotá). He has over 26 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. For more than 20 years, he worked at BP plc, most recently as Senior Vice-President of BP America and Head of Global Deepwater Response.

From 2005 to 2010, he was the Regional President of BP Southern Cone (South America), and prior to 2005 he worked in BP’s headquarters as Chief of Staff to the Upstream CEO and Head of the Executive Office for Exploration and Production. He began his career in 1995 in BP Colombia, as a Project Engineer, where he held various positions until becoming Vice-President of Operations in Colombia. Prior to this, he worked for Shell.

Carlos Mario Giraldo Moreno has been Grupo Exito's Chief Executive Officer since March 2013 when was promoted after 5 years as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Giraldo was the Chief Executive Officer at Industrias Alimenticias Noel and Compañía de Galletas Noel for nearly 10 years.

Mr. Giraldo holds a degree in Law from University of Medellin and a Master degree in Law from Tulane University. He also undertook an executive program in Strategic Planning and Management in Retailing at Babson College, in Management at Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and in Marketing at Stanford University.

Mr. Giraldo has over 24 years of professional experience in mass consumption, including 13 years at Nutresa (Noel and Zenú).

He is member of the following Boards: The Consumer Goods Forum,  ISA S.A. (Interconexion Electrica S.A), Solla S.A. and Copa Airlines Colombia. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of ANDI (National Business Association of Colombia) between 2003 and 2004 and board member of The Coca–Cola Retailing Research Council for Latin America between 2012 and 2017.

Holding a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA majoring in Actuarial studies from Michigan University, Mr. Bojanini has held various posts within the private sector, including that of the CEO of the Pension and Severance Fund PROTECCIÓN S.A., for a period of 15 years as of when it was first founded. Before this, he served as Actuarial Manager for the Suramericana insurance companies.

Since October 2006, he has served as CEO of the Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. -GRUPO SURA, overseeing the Company's sound portfolio of investments mainly in the insurance and financial service sectors. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of Grupo Nutresa, Grupo Argos, Grupo Bancolombia, Suramericana and SURA Asset Management.

In Colombia, he is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Proantioquia Foundation, and serves as a director for the Colombian Private Council for Competitiveness (Consejo Privado de Competitividad) , the 'Businessmen for Education' Foundation, Fedesarrollo and the Colombia International Corporation.
